What are your posters printed on?
Every design is printed to order as a museum-quality art print on premium matte paper, for rich color without glare.
What sizes are available?
Most designs come in 8"x10", 12"x18", 16"x24", 24"x36" and 32"x48". Prices start at $15.99 for 8"x10" and go up to $43.99 for 32"x48". Choose your size on the product page.
Do posters come framed?
No, frames are not included. Our sizes are standard, so ready-made frames are easy to find — 8"x10", 16"x24" and 24"x36" are among the most common frame sizes.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum and no code. See our Shipping Policy.
How long will my order take?
Posters are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Delivery then takes about 5–10 business days in the US and 7–21 business days internationally.
When should I order for Christmas?
For US delivery before Christmas, order by December 18. International orders need more time, so order as early as you can.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Follow it on our Track Your Order page or on the carrier's website — allow 48 hours for tracking to update.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Email hello@wallmuse.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send the damaged print back.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the poster is unused and in its original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Do posters make good gifts?
They are a lasting gift for housewarmings, holidays and anyone who loves beautiful walls. Our winter and Christmas designs stay up long after the holidays end.
